Multi-Family Housing
This semester project aims at making a multi-family housing design for 450 medium-high level families, with public spaces, commercial area, and other features.

Regarding shape, it has a functional but not visual continuity, each plant is formed by cores of 8 apartments maximum. There are 12 different configurations depending on the floor level, all functionally separated by supporting walls.
Floor Plans
The structure is based on several vertical circulation cores located in specific parts of the building, which serve as central support cores combined with post-tensioned steel plates and structural walls that allow for the asymmetric articulation of the building, and a bridge-type structure which allows the big ruffles that are observed in the parasols and diagrid attached to the facade.
