This semester's project involves the intervention of a specific area of the city of San Cristobal, the "NEIGHBORHOOD UNIT", built in the 50s by the LABOR BANK, with the purpose of improving the quality of life, offer more space, including a commercial area and increase the number of multifamily housing units.

The rehabilitation and comprehensive assessment of the "Neighborhood Unit", emphasized the initial concept under which was conceived, adapting an urban network which creates a pedestrian community life in  public spaces and a social life in the buildings, thus achieving links between the pedestrian and the urban space.
